Neurologist. Neurosurgeon. Neuroradiologist.
Okay, I get these. One who studies the brain. One who operates the brain. One who maps the brain.
But Nueropschologist? Neurophysicist? Neuroeconomist? Neurochemist? What the hell are these people talking about! It seems like the new trend in academia is to slap the word neuro in front of everything. What does this even mean? I could maybe see neuropschologist, but wouldn't they just be a neurologist and a psychologist?
Does the brain have different 'physics' then the rest of the universe? Maybe are brains are made up of super-super strings!
Enough is enough, and stay in your respective fields. I don't respect a researcher more because they have a larger title.
